Joe Sullivan, owner and operator of Archer Homes inc., (AHI) has over 32 years experience in construction. For the past 23 years he has been working as a custom home builder in Northern Colorado. Joe offers design driven services for clients who want to work with a builder that has years of personal hands-on experience. Drawing from a wealth of knowledge, Joe can recommend the right products, materials, construction techniques, and energy efficient options that match your dreams, goals, and budget.

A green home may have low-flush toilets or solar panels on the roof, thereby dubbing it, Green, while a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) home is all-encompassing. A LEED home is one that is green from top to bottom and inside and out.
